We are open for our feline guests 7 days a week and open for their pet parents for arrivals and departures by pre-arranged appointments. Listed below are common topics regarding your cats stay:

All arrivals and departures are done by APPOINTMENT ONLY within these hours:

Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 11:00am and 3:00pm - 6:00pm
Saturday - Sunday: By Appointment Only

Boarding Charges: Charges begin on the day of arrival and end on pick-up day by 10:00AM.

Early Pick-up: We reserve your cats room for the period that you request, so if you pick your cat up early, you will be billed for the period you reserved.

Room Availability and Reservations: Rooms are reserved on a first come, first serve basis. A non-refundable 25% deposit of the estimated boarding cost is required to hold your reservation. During these peak times, there will be a 50% non-refundable deposit of the estimated boarding cost. Peak times are usually: Thanksgiving week and December 16 thru Janurary 7. No Walkins. Reservations must be made prior to boarding.

Vaccinations: We require Rabies and FVRCP (Distemper combo) vaccinations. FeLuk if your cat goes outside or a negative test prior to boarding with us, you must provide a veterinary certificate as proof of vaccination, it must be current within the last 12 months. Your vet can email us a copy or you can bring it with you.

Fleas: When you arrive for your appointment, we will check for any signs of fleas. If we see any signs of flea dirt, you will be denied boarding for that day. Be proactive and make sure your cat is free of fleas. If you want to fully protect your cat, treat them at least 48 hours prior to boarding with us. Use a quality flea prevention product like Advantage, Frontline or Revolution.

Food: It's recommended that you bring your own food, so there is no upset in your cat's diet. If you don't provide food, we will serve Science Diet dry food while they are with us. We do not supply canned cat food, you must provide that.

Medication: If your cat is cooperative, we will give them their medication. Please call first to discuss this with us. All medications must be in its original container with the veterinary dosage on it. We do not board cats that are diabetic or require subcutaneous fluids.

Veterinary Services: If your cat would need to see a vet while they are with us, we have qualified vets 10 minutes away. The charges incurred by the vet will be added to your boarding bill. We will charge a nominal fee of $25.00 per trip to and from the clinic.

  • Optional: brushes, toys, blankets (bedding fresh and laundered)

  • We use stainless steel dishes because they won't break and are sanitary.
  • All cats must be sprayed and neutered.
  • We accept baby kittens if they are eating solid food and using the litter box.
